The magic touch: how healthy are massages actually? While they can be seen as a luxury, massages are often part of healthcare – here’s how they affect physical and mental health

So pleased with the signage at the Angel Centre.
RH Signs..

Thankyou Richard and team...

My entrance is now around the corner under the big Angel Dental sign to the left of NFU...

See you there! 😁

Just moved into my new room as of today...
Same building just downstairs and a separate entrance....
Looking forward to seeing my clients here...
Looking forward to signage outside to help everyone find me easier...

Happy Monday! 🙃

Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 to my clients old and new.
Wishing you all a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year and all the very best in 2025.
Thankyou for your support .

Hello everyone!
Hope your summer is going well and mostly injury free??
However, I tend to see mostly work related issues and more clients with oedema .
I am more than happy to accommodate more clients with these problems.
Maybe Sports Massage puts some people off...?
Deep tissue is needed for some but not all and often people need some rehabilitation.
I like to offer some advice and if unable to provide can refer on...
Happy Wednesday 😎

Have moved premises recently and very happy with it.
Some of you may know it as The Run Venture shop in The Angel Centre just opposite the Council Car Park at Tyacke Road.
I work Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only but welcome old and new clients.
I prefer text on my mobile or email as easier to reply to..

I look forward to hearing from you
