It’s unfortunate that we had to change our cancellation timeline to 30 minutes to the appointment since we had a rapid increase of last minute cancellations , we also had to adjust a prepay policy to individuals who have missing appointments we had 27 missing appointments in December!! Appointments booked and paid for in advance aren’t refundable if you miss them, so please don’t miss or if you do please don’t ask for a refund.
