Gut health and seasonal wellbeing 🍁 Most of your immune-related cells live in the gut lining. So when the seasons shift (shorter days, colder mornings, heavier meals), your gut feels it first.
Good bacteria need two things to thrive: plant fibres + fermentation compounds. Unfiltered apple c***r vinegar delivers both — acetic acid and the natural compounds that come from fermentation.
The trick isn’t intensity. It’s consistency. A tablespoon of Bragg ACV in warm water, first thing. Routine, not quantity.

What is apple c***r vinegar? And why do people drink it every morning?
ACV is fermented apple juice: raw, unfiltered, and cultured with live cultures. Every Bragg bottle contains the Mother: the naturally occurring fermentation strands you can see swirling inside.
Its active compound is acetic acid, and there’s a growing body of research exploring how apple c***r vinegar may fit into a wider gut-friendly, blood-sugar-conscious routine when taken regularly or with meals.
ACV sits alongside kefir, kimchi and sourdough - the fermented foods many nutritionists recommend as part of daily wellbeing.
The traditional ritual: a tablespoon of Bragg in water, first thing. Sometimes with lemon. Always diluted.

Kinda? More like definitely chic 💅 The empty jam jar dressing 🍓
Got a nearly empty jar of jam? Don’t rinse it out. Add a splash of Bragg apple c***r vinegar, olive oil, a crack of black pepper. Shake vigorously until the jam residue melts into a glossy, deep-pink dressing. Works for any kind of berry jam, or jar at that.
One near-empty jar = 10 summer salads sorted. We’ve used for this one 💛
