Today we celebrated our amazing Woman of the Year! A truly inspiring member whose journey has shown what’s possible with support, determination and belief in yourself. Congratulations Jackie! 💖🌸

We also enjoyed a fabulous taster session, sharing delicious Food Optimising ideas, lots of recipe inspiration and proving that healthy eating never has to be boring! 🥗🍓🍝

The room was filled with laughter, friendship and encouragement. Watching members celebrate each other’s successes, welcome new faces and build genuine friendships is what makes our group truly special. ❤️

There were fantastic weight losses to celebrate too – every pound lost is another step towards a healthier, happier you. 🎉

Wow! Congratulations Rachel! 🎉🎉🎉🎯

It feels like yesterday that I had a phone conversation with this gorgeous lady about joining my fabulous Saturday morning group, but it was actually November!

Fast forward to today, just seven months later… and here she is, 2 stone 10 pounds lighter and getting her 2.5 stone award AND her target award!

And I could not be more proud of her. The changes she’s made, the person she’s become.. she really is a different person. She is so much more confident, she has an energy about her she didn’t have before, you can just tell she’s just so proud and loving this version of herself.

Rachel spoke today about how the changes she’s made have now become a part of who she is, and ultimately that’s what we’re all striving for.
