So far this week I’ve been helping clients with stiff painful necks and reduced shoulder movement, to gluteal and lower back pain , helping to ease tension, improve movement and leave clients feeling a little better.

What an incredible experience at GENSB 2026 in Sins, Switzerland 🇨🇭
GENSB is an international youth tug of war tournament, bringing together junior teams from across Europe and beyond. This year saw 44 teams competing, with teams travelling from as far afield as Canada! 🌍
I’ve had the pleasure of helping train the Hay Tug of War GENSB team over the past few months and then accompanying them to Switzerland as part of the coaching team. 💪🪢
And what an achievement — 24th out of 44 teams! 🏆 Considering this was the first international competition for many of our pullers, that result is something to be incredibly proud of.
My last international competition was more than 22 years ago, so it was great to be involved again. It was a real full-circle moment, especially helping coach the next generation, including my son, niece and nephew at their first international competition. Sharing that experience with them was particularly special. ❤️
