Where have I been? Where am I going?

We’ve (Phil 🤪) been putting the groundwork in to establish a new life in Dubai. Proving not to be as swift as we initially thought with all the various paper work and processing times.

We will be moving in the new year and I will be returning to the UK for 3 months from May for a jam packed summer of work, family and friends. My 2027 diary isn’t open just yet but will be soon for those on the waitlist 🫶🏻

is and will still be available for all skincare clients to purchase via the portal. Consultations will be virtually and as usual I’ll be available to answer queries.

I feel lucky that I’ll be able to juggle life between both countries for the next few years. I’ve met some incredible artists and stylists out there already and cannot wait to work alongside such friendly and welcoming people.

Big pond little fish here we go! 🐟

It’s been a while insta! 👋🏻

Two looks 2026 Brides are showing me as inspo at their bridal trials 👇🏻

1. Monochromatic pinks. This means pink is running through the entire look. Matte skin, pulling the glow in with a luminous pink cheek and pop of pink eye shimmer. Very pretty, very bridal!

2. Peaches and n**es. Glowy skin, matte eye. Peachy cheeks and a n**e lip. Another firm favourite and pairs well with darker hair.

Keeping the colours cohesive throughout the look means it always works 👌🏻

Do you have a favourite?

• Bridal Skin 101 •

Start in good time. Dependant on what you are wanting to achieve 6-12 months prior. This allows for the changes your skin will go through.

Here are 3 skin treatments I recommend:

Skin peels speed up cell renewal, kickstarting a cascade of skin benefits. The natural skin processes are sped up. Oil is balanced, moisture levels are increased, skin is brighter and smoother. Various acids are used during a peel. Glycolic, lactic, salicylic at various percentages chosen to suit your skin type/concern.

Skin Needling stimulates the wound healing response. The purpose of this treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue which helps smooth and tighten the skin. This treatment essentially banks collagen which starts to deplete from age 21. Its a great option for lines, wrinkles and scaring.

Dermalux are world leaders in LED. blue, red and near infrared reaches into the skin where our hands cannot! With a multitude of benefits from a calming antibacterial effect on problematic skin, restoring vitality and glow to increased hydration and smoother skin. It can also be used immediately after many treatments. The best results come after 4-6 Dermalux treatments.

Remember:

-Preventative and restorative measures now result in your best skin later.
-Botox and tweakments work in conjunction with facial treatments and a home care routine not instead of.
-don’t make skin changes too close to your wedding or event. Avoid using products the night before that you’ve never used before.

In turn your makeup will:

-Apply perfectly to this newly hydrated, exfoliates bouncy canvas
-Your makeup will not only look better, it will last longer
-Your skin will become naturally luminous. This will show through your makeup.

Hit save and plan your best bridal skin 💫

Let’s hear it for the glow ✨

That radiant bridal glam 🤍 But keeping it real, a high glow look requires extra attention. Great skincare in the run up to your wedding. Thin light makeup layers, correct product placement and skin type specific base products. But there’s no denying with the right products and skin knowledge this look is so desirable and photographs beautifully!

Are we team glow or team matte?

ARTIST TIP for blue eyes✨

Warm shades of browns and golds, coppers or cranberry, peach and terracotta all enhance blue eyes.

Using peach shades on Annabel has made her eyes look a piercing shade of blue.

Keeping the look cohesive by adding those same tones on lip and cheek really bring her face to life ✨
