A little ritual I use in all of my facial and massage treatments…

Before we begin, I invite you to take a few slow, deep breaths of Lavender essential oil.

Lavender is known for its calming properties and can help encourage relaxation, allowing you to leave the outside world behind for a little while.

At the end of your treatment, I use Lime essential oil.

Lime has a fresh, uplifting aroma which can help you feel refreshed and re-energised before heading back into your day.

It’s a small touch, but one I love including in my treatments to help create a relaxing experience from beginning to end.
