Just a little introduction I have made this page for anyone having a hard time rite now a listening ear advice and strategies for everyone to share and kelp I’m all about kindness and positivity in a world of negative sometimes it’s easier to talk to people you dont know, I have personally suffered with mental health and self care and didn’t know where to turn I hope I can help just by having this page as I was lost and had no idea where I was headed in the darkest place I’m slowly seeing the light but I’m interested in ideas of things that have helped others as a mother of 5 mental health and no self care these are some things iv started:

Training in the latest aesthetics treatments so sticking my head into theory,
I got some Healing crystals still yet to use them
I try do a facial at least once a month
I try visit somewhere new every month 🥹
