A fantastic couple of days at Londons Xcel arena at learning about the current state of the fitness industry, listening to experts in their field and meeting some fantastic people. These events are inspiring, fun and educational.
Now time to get back to doing. What I love and feeling inspired to help encourage people to improve their health and well-being. No matter where your levels of confidence or knowledge Iโm here to help you and push you forwards to a healthier lifestyle.

This morningโs Outdoor Fitness class and Boot Camp session was wet and windy but that didnโt stop the Saturday morning gang.
Working in groups of four, the gang ran, skipped, lunged, squat pulsed and chest pressed dumbbells.
A whole body, hour long cardio and strength session to start the weekend RIGHT.
Structured, intentional exercise for everybody and EVERY body. Every Saturday, 10am, Simon B***e school.

Two hours of strength training a week is the SWEET SPOT for living longer and better according to a comprehensive, 30 year study by Harvard University.
Consistently performing strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, press ups and lunges was found to help people live longer regardless of how much cardio work they do.
๐ฎ The Harvard University study analysed the lifestyle habits and data of almost 150,000 people for 30 years!
The study found that those who did between 90 and 120 minutes of strength training a week hit the sweet spot and were found to live healthier for longer.
Strength training cuts the risk of heart disease, heart attacks and stroke by almost 20 per cent and the risk of dying from neurological diseases such as Alzheimerโs by almost 30 per cent.

I run three intentional, structured and welcoming Outdoor Fitness classes a week designed for men and women over 40.
Each session is fully planned and curated and I demonstrate every single exercise and show alternatives for every level of fitness.
We warm up and warm down thoroughly in every hour long session too for injury prevention and management.
