Eveing guys,

As my policy states bookings can be amended moved ect up to 3 days before your appointment.
I do let it slide very often and move peoples appointments ect with no fee however, i cant be doing this constantly.

Dont mean to be a moan but this is my job too and i have bills to pay as well.

Therefore, if you haven't rescheduled your appointments in time you will now be charged cancellation fees no matter on excuses.

(sorry about this guys but just today alone i had 3 or 4 people cancel or move their appointments which are in the next 3 days)
