I had a well over due treatment swap with a fellow facial reflexologist yesterday. How stressed or anxious are you?

Nadia winner of the Great British Bake Off said something interesting "Your face shows what's going on inside". She won and the audience loved her because they could see every emotion in her face and experienced her journey with her.

Some facial characteristics can be misperceived. Frowning and tension can be perceived by others as not trustworthy, angry or aggressive.
