I am a professional freelance ladies hairdresser and beautician. I worked as a hairdressing teacher in London for many years as well as establishing a local reliable family hair and beauty business over the last 25 years in the Hertford area. I no longer work with chemicals thought to be toxic or carcinogenic so now most of my work is cutting, styling and natural hair colour application. My beauty products are organic or natural and my nail polish is Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) and Formaldehyde free. I aim to keep the price of the services affordable for you as well as keeping things running professionally and hygienically. At every appointment I take the time to listen to what you require and provide the service appropriate to your needs. This is never rushed and I hope to leave you feeling pampered and happy. Services offered: Cutting and styling, natural henna, indigo and cassia vegetable hair colouring/application, natural product and organic manicures.

I hope you are well and are looking after yourselves.
As you know we must all continue to keep 6 feet apart. Of course that alone would make it impossible for me to do your hair let alone all the other criteria we need to follow to save lives.
My husband is 70 and has asthma so he is in the vulnerable category and therefore I need to follow his criteria as well.
I made the decision myself last week when my son developed symptoms to stay home myself for your protection and ours until we are through the other side of this. My son is now feeling ok by the way.
All hairdressing salons are closed now until the restrictions are lifted.
I will contact you when I am working again to ask if you would like to book an appointment or you can check in with me if you want.

Clients who have the 1 hour henna application procedure are charged £26 which includes the price of my consumables. The price of the henna is extra.
Henna applications always require a consultation, a strand test and a plan before I can give you your price

Chemically bleached damaged hair with uneven tones has been protected and toned to an even golden blonde with 100% natural mix of henna, cassia and indigo.

Stephs hair had areas that were splitting and would soon be breaking off. The tone was uneven from wear and tear and matt in places so I recommended a custom mix 100% vegetable brown henna to go over the previously chemical coloured hair.
The result is even coloured healthly looking hair now protected by the henna. This henna colour will last longer on her hair than a chemical colour refresh on the lengths. Finally cut and styled with a natural finish.
