What actually is a TEMPLESPA Spa Experience?

It’s not a sales party and there’s definitely no pressure but I can’t promise you won’t want to treat yourself.

It’s simply a chance to slow down for a few hours with friends (or people who soon become friends), enjoy some gorgeous spa products and take a little time for yourself.

I’ll guide you through each step, but you’ll be the one applying the products, so you can really experience how they feel on your own skin while learning little rituals you can carry on at home.

Every experience is a little different. Sometimes we focus on deep cleansing, sometimes it’s all about glowing skin, and sometimes we soothe tired muscles and help you properly unwind.

But every single one has the same purpose…

🤍 Time to look after yourself.

🤍 Lots of laughter.

🤍 A little escape from our busy life

🤍 Walking away feeling more relaxed than when you arrived.

I genuinely love doing them because they’re about so much more than skincare. They’re about creating a little pocket of peace in the middle of everyday life.

🥵Let’s get prepared for this heatwave as temperatures are set to sort into the high 30s 🥵

Here are a couple of tips.

🧊 if you have AAAHH! Instant cooling balm dig it out and have l to hand. Massage into your chest, behind your knees, in between your elbows, on the back of your neck, and if heat headaches affect you massage a little bit into your temples.

🧊 Keep your TONING ESSENCE in the fridge and when you’re feeling hot and bothered give yourself a lovely spritz to call yourself down it will also hydrate your skin externally.
🧊 along with heat usually comes the pollen so if your eyes are itchy and gritty for your EASY ON THE EYE and soak a couple of cotton pads, lay them over your eyes for a couple of minutes and let this magic in a bottle do its job. Also spritzing your skin every now and again with TONING ESSENCE will help to dampen down the pollen dust that causes the symptoms.

🧊 SPF is always important but never more so than when we’re in a heat wave.

Always make sure you’re using your LIFE DEFENCE facial moisturiser and protect the delicate skin on your lips 💋 with LIP DEFENCE as they can burn very quickly. Protect your body with BODY DEFENCE SPF 30

It’s 3 lines down 3 fingers if you’re out and about in this hot sun.☀️ The same goes for your body SPF

🧊 if you do accidentally catch the Sun use PEACE BE STILL to soothe and calm the skin and also QUENCH facial mask to pop the moisture back in.

🧊 quite often the skin can get dehydrated when it’s so hot so popping on a little bit of facial oil at night before bed can work wonders. I use our IT’S ALL GOOD oil because it really is 🫶🏻

Finally make sure you’re drinking plenty of water so that you can hydrate from the inside out. Not only is this good for your internal organs but it’s absolutely essential for your biggest organ your skin!
