A little reminder to all our lovely clients 💇‍♀️

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a huge impact on a small business. That appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and with enough notice we could have offered it to another client who may have been waiting.

Please remember that our time is just as valuable as yours, and we truly appreciate your respect and understanding. Moving forward, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a booking fee or deposit for future appointments.

Thank you to all our amazing clients who continue to support the business, arrive on time, and let us know if plans change. Your loyalty means the world to us. ❤️
