Some days I feel like I’ve lived a hundred lives just by listening to others live theirs. 🎢❤
Every day, a different conversation, a different story, a different emotion. ❤️🩹 My clients share their highs, their lows, their struggles, their wins, and everything in between. I listen, I feel, I empathise, and sometimes I carry a little piece of their emotions with me long after their appointment ends. It’s an emotional rollercoaster, reminding me that behind every story is a human being navigating life in their own way. Some conversations leave me smiling, others leave me thinking, and some stay with me long after the day is done. Being there for others is beautiful, but it can be emotionally exhausting too. Every day, I hold space for so many different worlds while learning to protect a little of my own. 🤍✨

✨ From level 10/9 blonde back to her natural level 7 🤎
My client was ready for a change and wanted to embrace her natural base again, but taking very light blonde hair back to a natural-looking brunette isn’t as simple as putting one colour all over!
To achieve this, we applied a level 7 to the roots and a warm level 6 through the ends to help the colour take and develop into a beautiful level 7 on her previously level 10 hair. We also left some slightly lighter pieces throughout to maintain dimension, because we definitely didn’t want a flat, block colour! 🤎
And can we just talk about how SCARY that middle picture looks?! 😅😂 When all the colour is on, it can look SO dark and make you question everything… but trust the process! 🙌🏼
The key was embracing her naturally warm undertones rather than fighting against them, creating a soft, rich, natural-looking result. The finished colour is so close to her inspo picture, and I’m obsessed with how beautifully it’s turned out! ✨
Sometimes, going back to your natural colour is all about working with your hair, not against it. 🤎

Going from very dark hair to blonde isn’t a one-session miracle ✨
You HAVE to go through those warm, brassy stages — red, orange, yellow — because your hair needs to safely release its underlying pigment gradually.
Trying to skip the process and go straight from black to blonde = compromised, snapping hair that looks worse than when you started 😬
So yes, it might be orange in the middle. Trust the process. Healthy hair > instant blonde. 🤍

✨ Why fine hair needs extension maintenance around 6 weeks… ✨
With fine or delicate hair, I recommend maintenance at around 6 weeks, rather than waiting the usual 8–9 weeks.
Just look at how neat and even the growth is after 6 weeks 🤍 The hair has grown evenly across the whole section, meaning the extension weight remains evenly distributed, rather than creating extra tension on one side of the section.
Keeping up with maintenance helps prevent excessive movement, tangling and matting, while keeping the extensions neat, balanced and comfortable.
When the correct method and weight are used, and extensions are properly maintained and cared for at home, they can be worn beautifully without damaging the natural hair. ✨
Fine hair can absolutely enjoy extensions — it just needs the right weight, placement and maintenance schedule. 🤍
