Gift Voucher Update

After careful consideration, I have made the decision to no longer offer gift vouchers for purchase.

I have always loved providing gift vouchers as a way for clients to treat their friends and family. However, over time I have experienced an increasing number of issues with vouchers not being redeemed before their expiry date. This has often led to requests for extensions and, when I have been unable to extend them, some difficult and upsetting situations.

Due to my busy schedule and being booked in advance, I am unfortunately unable to offer extensions to expired vouchers. The expiry date allows recipients plenty of time to arrange an appointment, and extending vouchers would not only make it impossible for me to apply my policies consistently, but would also reduce appointment availability for clients who are still trying to redeem their vouchers within their valid expiry period. I feel it is important to be fair to everyone and treat all clients equally.

For these reasons, I have made the difficult decision to discontinue offering gift vouchers altogether.

Last few days relaxing on Gili Air has been absolute bliss 🥰 Now for my 30hr journey home 🥴 I land Monday afternoon,so I will be in touch after that with everyone who has messaged whilst I've been away. Please bare with me whilst I make my way through a very long list.

A litte update. I've had a busy morning with a 1.30am start to hike up 1 of Bali's 2 active volcanoes, Mount Batur for sunrise and it didn't disappoint! Then I had a dip in the natural hot spring followed by a visit to a coffee plantation where I tried several different coffees,including a coffee where the ripe coffee cherry has initislly been eaten by an animal called a Lewak. There's a description in one of the pics on the process,the described taste however is not accurate 😳 now for a chilled afternoon by the pool and a snooze!

Just an update on my travels so far. I've just done a 9 day guided tour with 17 other people,really lovely group. We've done all sorts, from going to a local village to be shown how to weave a serong,to beach days,waterfalls,stunning sunrise viewpoints,breathtaking sunsets,swimming with turtles and manta rays,pink sand beach,staying on a boat for 2 nights (liveaboard) Komodo dragons,campfires and everything in between! Couples of days to myself to chill, then onto Sumatra for another 9 day tour!
