Know your craft. Know your products. Know your ingredients. KNOW SKIN.

Invest in your knowledge.

Understand why something works, not just how to use it.

And when you know what you’re talking about, be confident enough to stand by it.

This industry can be incredibly noisy and sometimes the people shouting the loudest aren't necessarily the people who know the most.

So if you’ve put the years in, done the training, gained the experience and you KNOW your stuff…

SHOUT LOUDER.

Your knowledge is your USP.

Your experience is your USP.

And the trust your clients have in YOU will always be worth more than a shiny new box and the latest trend. 🤍

The crying kids saga continues... 🤣

Changeover day means a whole new influx of little holidaymakers! I only realised after filming that you can actually hear them crying in the background. 😆🙈
