Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of my amazing clients who have been so understanding this week. 🖤

Having to cancel or rearrange appointments is something I genuinely hate doing. I never like letting anyone down, and I know how valuable your time is.

It's also not a decision I take lightly because it impacts my business and me financially too. I would only ever move or cancel appointments if it was absolutely necessary.

Your kindness, patience and understanding have meant more to me than you probably realise, and I'm incredibly grateful to have such thoughtful, supportive clients.

May isn’t just about fresh starts—it’s about allowing yourself the space to breathe, to pause, and to simply be. Take your time. Step away when you need to. Rest without guilt. Growth doesn’t always happen in the fast lane—sometimes it happens in the quiet moments we give back to ourselves.

So this month, move a little slower, notice a little more, and give yourself permission to take time out. You don’t have to do everything at once.
