We are a small and trusted team who work together to create chilled and enjoyable wedding mornings and beautiful bridal hair. Here’s a quick intro to the team!

Natalie (me) - Lead Stylist & Owner
I’ve been in the bridal hair industry for over 10 years and have been lucky enough to be part of hundreds of weddings, and I genuinely love everything about them. Alongside Hair By Natalie, I also work in tech (a bit of a contrast 😅). Outside of work, I love waterfalls, holidays and weeekends away in the lakes with my other half and our dog Albi, who is our whole world! 🐶

Zoe – Bridal Hairstylist
A Level 3 qualified hairdresser with over a decade of experience, Zoe specialises in bridal and occasion hair. She’s friendly, reassuring and brilliant on wedding mornings, usually fuelled by a good walk with her little family and an early night.

Nat B – Bridal Hairstylist
Nat joined the team in 2024 after training professionally in hair styling. She balances bridal hair with being a mum & working as an IT Project Manager and loves the atmosphere and energy of a wedding morning.

Beth – Bridal Hair Assistant
Beth has years of experience in the beauty industry and is a qualified makeup artist. She joined the team in 2025 to assist on larger weddings, bringing creativity and great energy, plus lots of love for her dogs, Rollo and Rodney.

Every year brings new faces, new stories and new memories, but one thing never changes, how incredible my brides are.

✨ A little behind-the-scenes about me ✨

Most of you know me as the face behind Hair By Natalie. But by day, I actually work in the world of tech (yep, very different worlds!).

In my job, I help big global teams embrace change, things like new apps, new ways of working, and especially new AI tools. My role is all about making technology feel less scary, easier to use, and actually helpful for people.
And funnily enough… it’s not that different from bridal hair. 💕

✔️ Both are about listening to people
✔️ Understanding their vision (whether that’s a new tool or the perfect wedding day style)
✔️ Making the process feel calm, smooth and stress-free
✔️ And ensuring the end result leaves them feeling confident and happy.

So whether I’m rolling out AI at work or spending the morning with bridal parties, my goal is always the same …. helping people feel supported and at their very best. 🤍

TEN YEARS of Hair By Natalie! 🤩

From a Saturday girl in a salon, to making my poor mates sit for hours while I “practised” on their hair… to getting my first wedding booking, and never looking back.

Fast forward 10 years and I’m still completely in love with bridal hair. This little business has brought me so much joy, and I’m so grateful to every single bride and bridal party who’s trusted me to be part of their big day.

I still juggle this with my job in tech (because I clearly like to keep busy), but I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.

Massive shout out to for having me at the studio and giving me a chance! Literally the best group of girls to be around! - and to all the lovely suppliers who recommend me and all the glorious people I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years.

Thank you for 10 amazing years - here’s to many more 🥰🥰
