✨ Lash Retention Reminder ✨

As we move into the warmer spring & summer months, you may notice your lash retention isn’t lasting quite as long as usual — and that’s completely normal ☀️

During this time of year, factors like heat, humidity, natural lash shedding, holidays, swimming, SPF, and increased oil production can all affect retention. This means infills may be needed a little more frequently to keep your lashes looking full and fresh 💕

Most lash cycles naturally last around 4–6 weeks, but seasonal shedding can speed things up slightly.

To help maintain the best retention possible:
• Clean lashes daily
• Avoid excessive heat/steam
• Use oil-free products around the eyes
• Book infills regularly

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will require full payment of the missed appointment before any future bookings can be made.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

I completely understand that emergencies can happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding where possible.
