nley’s Fat Attack Booster diet and unlike other slimming clubs we offer the exercise too, all under one roof. Members can come along to weigh only or they can come just for the fitness and just do the exercise. However most members do both. The cost of joining a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club is just £10 and weekly class fee. You will receive a membership pack, which includes Rosemary Conley’s brilliant Fat Attack Booster diet (2 books), dvd explaining the eating plan etc, a set of Portion Pots®, a Magic Measure® which shows dieters how many inches you lose as you progress on the diet. We are the only national organisation to offer dietary advice AND exercise in the same weekly class, there is no better place for you to lose weight and get fit. Even if you haven’t exercised for a long time, we can adapt the exercises to suit all abilities. A typical class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and the all important exercise to music workout, with different class formats. eg Kardy O Fun, Zumba and Aerobics and Conditioning. These classes lasts for 45 minutes, Zumba 55 mins. All the classes are great fun and the time just flyes bye. If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water, an exercise mat if you have one or a large towel for the floor work and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine. However, if you don’t wish to join in the exercise session, that’s fine too.

How much does it cost? My classes cost just £6.20 and there’s a one-off joining fee of £10.00 for your membership, you will receive a diet pack. Throughout the year I have a number of special offers running where you can save money on classes..
