I have over 30 years of experience in reflexology, massage and cranial sacral therapy.

I’m passionate about helping people to feel their best, and have spent much of my career working at the top clinics and spas in the country such as Fortnum and Mason, Stoke Park and Neals Yard.

I have been a consultant for Neals Yard for over 10 years and worked as a therapist in Windsor with them too, I love to use their gorgeous organic products in my treatments.
