I was dubious when I first agreed to “trial” this online booking system. No one had heard of them but one of the original founders of the company was a barber and a friend of mine, so I said I’d give it a go and let him know what I thought.
That was in September 2015 and it has been an absolute god send for my business!
Today they are one of the top booking sites for barbers, and I was one of the first they trusted to trial it. Amazing customer support, they listen when you give feedback on the system and have implemented things that make my life easier. I cannot recommend them enough! They even have a sister company for hairdressers/beauticians/nail techs. ❤️

The 2025 recap with top 10 customers is here!!! I know many of you wait with bated breath for this every year, I know I do! 😂
To give a little more insight this time, I’m sharing some of the other stats that the wonderful guys at Nearcut break down for us.
92% of you manage your bookings yourself via the website or app, thank you! It saves me time and puts control in your hands!
598 hours of appointments. That’s 598 hours of creating, listening, talking, understanding, giving advice, celebrating, commiserating, and getting to know every single one of you that books in with me. I say this regularly, because it’s true, I genuinely like every single one of my customers. I’m one of the LUCKIEST barbers there is because of you guys being so bloody fab! Again, thank you!
And then we come to the top 10 customers of 2025 that have booked in with me at the salon. There has been a bit of a change up this year, some new names have made it on the list! CONGRATULATIONS! You all now receive 10% off every appointment with me for the next 12 months!
With the cost of everything going up so dramatically, and me having to adjust my prices twice in a year, I honestly am so honoured and humbled that my customers remain loyal and keep coming back. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude to you all, so again, THANK YOU!!!!!
