It was so lovely to share this space with you all, to slow down, switch off and immerse ourselves in the healing sounds of the gongs. I am definitely still feeling the effects two day later!

So, I’m doing something a little scary and slightly last-minute… I’m adding an extra gong bath to October, and this one is for a really important cause.

I’ve been feeling a lot of emotions about some of the awful things that have been happening and continue to happen to women and children in the world, and I’ve been wondering what I can actually do. I know I can’t change much, but I can do a little something.

So I’m holding a charity gong bath for Women’s Aid, with all ticket profits donated to support their vital work.

Such a wonderful gong bath last night where we embraced the powerful Harvest Moon energy.🌕

So happy and grateful for the new people, the regulars, the ones I haven’t seen for a few months and my family for showing up with open hearts and curious minds.

I love creating these spaces of calm and relaxation and it fills me with joy to welcome you each month.💗

Twelve hours of gongs is something else ✨

I’m back after an incredible weekend full of laughter, joy, sadness, comfort, tears and so much more. I’m so lucky to have been with the perfect group held together by our wonderful teacher .puresound the person connecting us all.

To create a space that held us for a full night of gongs takes a really special person and a really special group. We split the night into hours and I got 4am-5am. I saw the sun peeping up on the horizon before I started and the smell of pastry as farmer Ian started cooking his sausage rolls. It was a truly beautiful, unique moment. I’ll never forget that hour.

During the night, I felt physical pain, discomfort, anger, heat and then the calm took over so I could finally sleep. I obviously had some s**t to work through! And still working through now - the after effects are still rippling through me. The tears are falling so I’ll let them. They will stop soon enough. 💛

The healing journey through gongs is rarely linear and even after over 3 years of gonging it’s still working its magic on me.

I’m so grateful for this time.

What an incredible weekend. I think I’m actually still recovering after three mega gong baths!✨

🌿 On Saturday it was ’s 2nd Anniversary in Marlow with a Qi Gong & gong in the park - over 90 wonderful souls joined us. I feel so lucky to be included in such a fantastic community - Thank you!
🏛️ Then on Sunday afternoon we had a packed gong bath where we kept having to add mats as more and more people arrived.
🌕 And finally, I was back in Flackwell Heath for the Strawberry Full Moon gong bath, where we gathered together to reflect, release, and reset under the energy of the full moon and of course we had to eat a tonne of strawberries afterwards!

Over 150 people experienced the power of sound healing this weekend, and I’m so grateful to share this work with such beautiful communities. 💛

Step into the energy of summer with a nourishing two‑hour workshop designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect.

Join Lydia (yoga teacher) and Phoebe (sound healer) for a grounding blend of gentle yoga, guided journaling and a deeply restorative gong bath. This seasonal workshop is an invitation to soften into the warm energy that summer brings.

We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement to open the body and settle the mind, followed by reflective journaling to help you set intentions for the months ahead. The session will close with a nourishing gong bath, allowing you to fully unwind as waves of sound wash through the space.

To complement the practice, rose tea will be offered, aimed at opening the heart and allowing you to connect more deeply.
