One of the biggest misconceptions in this industry is that clients only come back because you’re amazing at nail art.

Beautiful nails will always help attract clients, but they aren’t usually the reason someone stays with you for years. Long-term clients stay because they trust you. They know their nails will last, they feel comfortable in your chair, appointments run smoothly, and they know exactly what to expect every single visit.

Over the last 7+ years, I’ve learnt that retention isn’t built on trends or complicated designs. It’s built on clean prep, excellent communication, professionalism, consistency, and creating an experience that people genuinely enjoy. Those are the things that fill your diary and keep it full.

Because I’ve built this from the ground up, and I’ll show you how to do the same. I didn’t come into this industry with everything figured out. I built my skills client by client, day by day, learning what actually works in a real salon environment.

Over the years, I’ve built a fully booked diary, refined my technique to a high and consistent standard, and created a calm premium studio space on the high street. Now, I teach everything I wish I knew at the start.
