This year, I’m taking on THREE Guinness World Records to raise £5,000 for the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA). 💪

💡 The Challenges:

✅ Most Burpees in One Minute – 52+ burpees of explosive power.

✅ Most Chest-to-Floor Push-Up Burpees in One Minute – 42+ reps of strength and stamina.

✅ Fastest Mile of Burpee Broad Jumps – Grit and endurance under 1 hour, 30 minutes.

This is more than fitness—it’s about supporting young leaders. The CCFA builds resilience, discipline, and opportunity for brighter futures.

I had the pleasure of providing a sports massage for Sammy Lok a few weeks ago.

7 personal bests and 4th in the country at the Midland Championships is a massive achievement.

It goes to show that with the right training and support can produce amazing results.

Unfortunately due to the ever increasing costs of running a business I am going to have to increase my prices. As of 1st April 2023 there will be a £5 price increase for all treatments.
I haven't put my prices up for over 10 years.
