To celebrate, I thought I'd share a little about one of my favourite essential oils, Jasmine. ✨

Known as the King of Flowers, Jasmine essential oil has a beautifully rich, sweet floral aroma that is often used to help promote feelings of relaxation, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. It's commonly used in aromatherapy to help reduce stress, ease feelings of anxiety, and uplift the mood.

Jasmine is also prized in skincare for its soothing and moisturising properties, making it a wonderful addition to natural beauty treatments.

Its luxurious scent makes it a firm favourite for both emotional support and pure indulgence!
