I am absolutely delighted to introduce the wonderful Holly Hill .body who will be joining us for our upcoming Phoenix Tree Retreat Day on Sunday 27th September.

With almost a decade of experience as a Pilates Instructor and Biomechanics Coach, Holly brings a beautiful blend of expertise, knowledge and warmth to everything she does.

Her approach is about so much more than movement. Holly helps people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, breathwork and body awareness, creating strength, confidence and ease from the inside out.

I knew from our first conversation that Holly’s values aligned perfectly with the nurturing and supportive experience we strive to create at Phoenix Tree.

During the retreat, Holly will guide us through a gentle and empowering Pilates session designed to awaken the body, improve core connection and prepare us for a day of deep relaxation and restoration.

✨ FULL BLUE MOON IN SAGITTARIUS ✨🌕

Tonight, 31st May, we welcome the powerful Full Moon in Sagittarius, a fire sign ruled by Jupiter, the planet of expansion, wisdom and abundance. This particular full moon is also known as a Blue Moon, making its energy even more special. It’s the second full moon this May.

In Chinese astrology, 2026 is a Fire Horse Year, a year of courage, freedom, movement and bold new beginnings. Combined with the adventurous spirit of Sagittarius, this moon invites us to trust ourselves, embrace new experiences and step confidently into the next chapter of our lives.
