Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and I found it hard to write something straight away… because when you’ve spent your whole life surrounded by strong women, it’s hard to put into words just how incredible they truly are.

From my mum, my sister, my aunties,my best friend and my beautiful nan, my 1st boss to the amazing women I’ve worked alongside and the THOUSANDS of ladies who have sat in my chair since I started working in a salon at just 13 years old.

I’ve spent my life listening to women’s stories.The real ones. The raw ones 😢 The joyful ones🎊

I’ve heard conversations about births, new jobs, first loves, marriages, heartbreak, parties, becoming mums, becoming nans, caring for parents, raising children, running households and carrying the weight of families on your shoulders.

Women truly are the heartbeat of so much.

I see the strength it takes to keep going, even on the days you feel exhausted.I see the love you give to everyone around you.I see the resilience, the humour, the kindness and the power in each of you.

So to every woman who has ever sat in my chair – I want you to know I see you.

You are strong, independent, powerful and inspiring.

And honestly… I really do see you...
