But we want to share something that’s close to our hearts as a small business. When an appointment goes unfilled because of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, that’s not just an empty chair — it’s lost income we can’t recover. Our time at the salon is our livelihood, and every slot in the book matters.
We would never leave you waiting without letting you know. All we ask is the same in return — just a message, as early as you can, if something comes up and you can’t make it. That small act of kindness gives us the chance to fill your spot and keep things running.
We’re not here to make anyone feel bad — life happens, and we get that completely. We just want to be honest with you, because that’s the kind of relationship we believe in.
