With a heart full of emotions, I am writing this announcement with a deep sense of sadness and gratitude. After a lot of reflection, soul-searching, and consideration, I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to hand over the ownership of Salon H**e. The Salon will be transitioning into a beauty school for college students under the new ownership, as well as staying open to the public for salon appointments.

All scheduled appointments will continue as planned. Our lovely Kelly & Eva will be staying in the salon so clients please don’t panic! My last day of ownership will be Saturday 19th April.

I’ll be transitioning to working from home, where I can focus on family life and be as present as possible with our precious son, Jasper. While this is a bittersweet goodbye for the salon, I do hope to see some of you there in this new chapter. I’m excited to continue working with many of you in a more intimate setting and can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

Opening the salon at 21, especially during a global pandemic, was one of the hardest and most courageous decisions of my life. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this business, and it has shaped me in ways I never imagined. Along the way, I’ve been blessed to achieve national awards, build amazing relationships with clients, and watch so many of you — as well as my incredible team — grow and succeed. Your triumphs have filled me with such joy, and I’ve been endlessly grateful for the trust and loyalty you’ve shown me.

This decision has not been easy. It’s a bittersweet one, and it brings with it a sense of loss, but also the hope and excitement of a new chapter that aligns with the needs of my family. The choice to take a step back and put my family first was not made lightly, but I know in my heart it’s what I need to do to be there for Jasper, as well as for myself & my husband Graham.

To all my clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or joined us along the way, your support has meant more to me than words can express. You’ve not just been clients, you’ve become a part of my journey and my family, and I’ll always carry those memories with me.

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my amazing team, past and present. Without each of you, Salon H**e would not have been the special place it’s became. Your hard work, dedication, and passion have touched so many lives, and for that, I will forever be thankful.

As I take this step toward working from home, I will keep you all updated when I’m ready to share more about the next chapter. This may be the end of an era as the H**e owner, but it’s not the end of the road for me beauty & training wise. There are exciting things ahead, and I can’t wait to share them with you all.

Thank you for your unwavering love and support. I’ll carry each of you with me as I move forward. This is a short goodbye, but it’s not forever. Great things will be happening, and I hope you’ll be with me every step of the way.

Shelby is really passionate about the beauty industry and is Level 2 qualified & has nearly completely her level 3! 🥳

In her spare time she spends it dancing, at the gym and socialising with friends & family!

For now Shelby with be joining us on alternate Saturdays & will soon be adding Fridays too once she’s undergone her reception duty training with Daisy.
