It’s National Su***de Prevention day today.
To many taken from us when they should still be on this planet.

Depression, money problems, abuse, family turning their back on you to name a few! I have experienced all of them and darker than that. I have felt so low that I to wanted to leave this planet.

I have my son, my Charlie Boo, my boyfriend, my best girlfriends.. Howard’s family are incredible, I could not leave them in pain..
I see families losing their loved ones to cancer, all illness’s and I then snap out of my dark thoughts and talk.

Nothing is ever so dark that you leave this planet. We must reach out to those who love us.

I know how pain feels, so deep the pain cut through me. I looked at tablets and thought this is the way to end my pain.
I still fight with my mind, yet now I talk constantly. I do a lot of exercise, I do yoga. I read a lot.
Please talk, whatever you problems.

You are amazing, you are worth everything, you are worth a million pounds of happiness.
