TRUE GENTS BARBERS IS SITUATED ON BUCKLERSBURY, IN THE HEART OF HITCHIN, HERTFORDSHIRE. WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT SALON, EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEN.
This is a place where service and experience play a key part in our approach to our work. We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home. A friendly, welcoming and traditional environment, just the place for gentlemen to be gentlemen. We have an extensive amount of knowledge and between us we have over 50+ years in experience in men’s grooming. Concentrating on men’s hair and grooming has enabled us to be experts in our field. Get a haircut or wet shave from one of our highly experienced barbers, and enjoy a free beverage while you wait. We run on a no-appointment policy*, perfect if you're in need of a last-minute fix just pop into our recently refurbished Hitchin store. *ex.Weds&Sun require booking*

Proud moment for TrueGents Barbers 💈✨
We’re excited to share some amazing news about one of our own.
Otis, who has been part of the TrueGents team for the last 3 months, won a Gold Medal this summer in France in the competition for One of the Best Young Apprentices in Men’s Barbering. 🇫🇷🥇✂️
This is a huge achievement at international level — and a testament to his talent, passion, and dedication to barbering at such a young age.
From the moment he joined us, Otis has brought fresh energy and real skill to the shop. We couldn’t be prouder to have him on the TrueGents team.
