Softening the lines 💉💉
Upper lip lines, often referred to as smokers lines or barcode lines, become more apparent as we age and our natural collagen declines. A small amount of filler is used here to smooth the lines and add support back to the area.

As we get older we lose collagen. We lose about 1% per year from our late 20’s and after the age of 40 our collagen levels drop dramatically.

Lack of collagen leads to visible changes to our skin. We may notice changes such as dry skin, sagging (the fat pads start to slide and the lower face feels heavier) and an increase in wrinkles.

We can use dermal fillers to help stimulate collagen production and restore some volume to the face.

These results (top picture was taken before treatment and bottom immediately after) are showing the improvement after one treatment session treating the lines around the corner of the mouth and the nose to mouth lines.

Results will improve further over the next few weeks as the swelling (slight) settles and the filler integrates with the tissue.

What are Polynucleotides?
