Join me this October for 4 weeks of Baby Massage, Baby Reflexology, gentle sensory play and time to simply slow down together.

Across the four weeks, I’ll teach you nurturing massage and reflexology routines that you can use at home to support your baby with:

✨ Sleep & relaxation
✨ Digestion
✨ Teething
✨ Congestion
✨ General wellbeing

Followed by gentle sensory play, a hot cup of tea and time to chat with other local mums.

And the final week of the course will be...
🎃 BABY’S FIRST HALLOWEEN 🎃

Including autumn themed sensory play and a special little keepsake to remember your baby's first Halloween. 🧡🍂

Baby Steps is a relaxed and nurturing class combining the benefits of both Baby Massage + Baby Reflexology — Baby Reflexage ❤️

Taught by me, Sarah, an experienced Reflexologist of 15 years and teaching baby classes for over 4 years. Small and welcoming classes.

Each week, you will learn simple and soothing massage and reflexology routines to support your baby's sleep, reflux, constipation, teething, colds and overall wellbeing.

Followed by gentle sensory play to support your baby's development.

And the focus isn't just on your little one. I'm here to support you in those uncertain and exciting first weeks and months of motherhood. As well as providing the time and space for you to chat with other parents over a well deserved hot cup of tea ☕

It's been an emotional month! Two clients who were fertility clients and then became pregnancy clients have now had their beautiful babies with others due imminently 🥰 And I've had to say goodbye to some of my lovely busylizzy mums and babies 🥹

All whilst my own baby boy prepares to finish primary school tomorrow! I blinked and 7 years passed. He's so ready for the next chapter at secondary school ❤️ It's me that finds the end of an era so emotional..

So I wanted to take a moment to express gratitude for all of the wonderful reflexology clients I've treated recently and in the past 15 years. Gratitude for all the mums and babies I get to meet through my classes . And for the great memories and friends I've gained through the past 7 years of my son's primary years.

And a very big thank you to the lovely and very talented for gifting me these delicious cakes at her last class with me.
