40. 💫

This birthday has felt different. Not because of the number, but because I’ve realised how much life can change in a decade.

I’ve been lucky enough to build a career I love, meet some incredible people, watch my children grow, travel to amazing places, laugh until I’ve cried, and learn a few lessons the hard way too.

If turning 40 has taught me anything, it’s that confidence doesn’t come from looking a certain way or having everything figured out. It comes from being comfortable in your own skin, saying yes to the things that make you happy, and not worrying quite so much about what everyone else thinks.

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with me and to everyone who’s been part of my journey so far. Here’s to making the next decade even better… with plenty more adventures, laughter, good food, and dancing thrown in. 🥂✨
