In honour of World Mental Health Day today, this is just a gentle reminder to everyone, but especially Carers, to do something just for you today, no matter how small it might be. If you don't look after yourself first, then you can't look after other people.

Did you know...
Research shows that music is extremely beneficial for those with Dementia, whatever stage they're at. It can ease depression, reduce anxiety, bring back long forgotten memories and just make them feel happy and alive again.

Today is National Tea Day, but as carers rarely get any time to themselves, I believe we should change the slogan from "Brew More, Do More" to "Brew More, Take a Break."
So put the kettle on, grab your favourite cup, and take five minutes to yourself to recharge your batteries and celebrate National Tea Day ☕🫖
