After many incredible years, I’ve made the very difficult decision to hang up my scissors and start a brand-new chapter in Australia with my family.

When I first opened The Boardroom, it started as nothing more than an idea — a vision to create a barbershop where people could come for more than just a haircut. A place with a great atmosphere, where conversations were shared, friendships were built, and everyone who walked through the door felt welcome.

To see that idea grow into what The Boardroom is today has been something I’m incredibly proud of. But none of it would have been possible without the amazing clients who have supported us, trusted us, and helped shape the business over the years. Every appointment, every conversation, and every familiar face has played a part in this journey, and I can’t thank you enough.

My final working day at The Boardroom will be 17th October 2026. I know many of you will want one last cut before I leave, so I’ll be opening up extra booking slots during my final week. Keep an eye on the booking system so you don’t miss the chance to grab one.

While this chapter is coming to an end for me, I’m so happy knowing that The Boardroom will continue. I’m leaving the business in the very capable hands of Shaun, someone I trust completely to look after the shop, the clients, and the values we’ve built from day one.

Leaving something I created and poured so much into will be incredibly emotional, but I’m also excited for the next chapter ahead with my family. New experiences, new memories, and a new adventure await us, and we can’t wait to see what the future brings.

The Boardroom has been such a huge part of my life, and I’ll always be proud of what we’ve built together.

If you’d like to join us for one last “see you soon” before we head off, we’ll be at The Springfield from 6pm on 24th October. It would mean the world to see as many of you there as possible.

Thank you to every single person who has supported me, the team, and The Boardroom along the way. You’ve made this journey unforgettable, and I’ll always be grateful.
