Alice wanted to feel like herself on her wedding day, so we kept everything really natural and true to her. For her hair, I worked with her natural curl pattern and texture, enhancing what she already had with my signature techniques rather than changing it.

For makeup, Alice is someone who loves doing her own, so it was really important that she still felt like Alice. Soft, thoughtful placement and just a little extra definition and glow gave her that subtle bridal touch, without ever feeling too much.

For me, it’s never about changing you into someone you don’t recognise. It’s about really listening to what you want, understanding what makes you feel beautiful, and creating a look that feels comfortable, natural and completely you.

My beautiful bride Jezanne hadn’t worn makeup in years and doesn’t usually do anything with her hair, so I knew it was especially important that she didn’t feel overwhelmed or unlike herself on her wedding day.

We talked about what she wanted, what she felt comfortable with, and what would make her feel her best, and that’s exactly what we created. ✨

She felt beautiful, confident and still completely herself, which is honestly the biggest compliment I could ask for.
