Late Cancellation Policy

We’ve recently had a much higher number of late cancellations and unfortunately, these have a real impact on our barbers and the business.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 2 hours’ notice.

Any cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment time may result in us requesting payment for the full appointment.

When an appointment is cancelled last minute, we’re often unable to fill that slot with another client — meaning our barber has lost both their time and income.

We completely understand that things happen, but we kindly ask that you respect our time in the same way we respect yours.
