So, before your appointment:
• Pause retinoids and exfoliating acids as advised
• Focus on hydration + barrier support
• Avoid excessive sun exposure
• Tell us if you’re sunburnt, having an active breakout, have broken/irritated skin or feel a cold sore brewing
• And pleaseeeee don’t introduce a brand-new active the night before because you fancied a little pre-appointment glow-up

We’ll take care of the needles. You just need to bring us a nice, calm canvas.
