REIKI is an energy healing therapy.
It is a totally natural and holistic system where the energy flows where it is needed.
Clients lay fully clothed on a comfortable couch while the therapist gently lays hands on or just above various points on the body.
Warmth, tingling and deep relaxation are often felt during a session, and often colours are seen.
Reiki works on all levels, mind, body and soul for the healing energy to assist in re-balancing and restoring wellbeing. It helps to ease stress /tension and to help release energy blockages, both emotional and physical. Cathy is a reiki master with over 20 years experience in helping people manage anxiety, and physical and mental stress. She works with us on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Reiki can be enjoyed as a stand alone treatment or combined with other holistic therapies such as massage and reflexology.
