THREE MONTHS LATE!!!

It’s sabbatical time! Which means a little goodbye from both Nala I.

Déjà vu has struct!! Back in 2019 we came to Worthing excited to be able to make our place of work a beautiful but SAFE place, After closing the salon in Henfield due to the floor collapsing on us, we never thought we could have two dodgy landladies!

As you may all know, since June we have been battling with our landlady for structural damage to be fixed on our beautiful salon. Our salon is set in a listed building that has had 26 years of no maintenance since she has owned it, this obviously has resulted in a structural compromise in the front and now back of the building. With no urgency from the landlady to have the building repaired, the council have instructed the work to be completed by the beginning of this year, as you may see this work has never been started. Instead the building has become more unstable.

Unfortunately this has left us in a situation where we have had to make the choice to what we feel to be safe for you guys, the team and the business. So I have decided to not be a sitting duck, and instead to close the salon in worthing indefinitely.

The end of last year, I spend calling all clients with bookings to alert them with this decision, everyone has been so so very kind and supportive. Thank you 🙏 you are so very appreciated.

For now, Nala and I are taking a well deserved sabbatical, to recharge, relax and rest before we start looking into a adventure with hairdressing (which is going to be even BIGGER and better)

Lastly, it’s a sad goodbye to many of you, I will miss you all individually.

I want to thank you all for making my goals and dreams a reality in the support of my business Bespoke Hair Lounge, in the 5 years we have been in Worthing, and since we opened in 2012 back in Henfield, for supporting my staff from the past and of cause myself. You make running a business enjoyable and hairdressing a true pleasure ❤️
