You don’t realise how good Reta is until you try it. Honestly so many people think it’s just about weight loss, but for me it’s been more than that. It’s completely changed my mindset around food.

I’m currently on week 4 and these are some of the biggest changes I’ve noticed:

Before starting, I’d reach for quick, unhealthy foods that gave me a temporary energy boost but left me feeling sluggish and tired afterwards and I constantly felt bloated and rubbish. Now I choose protein-rich foods and nutrient-dense meals, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and motivation.

Another thing is the cravings. I no longer think about takeaways, crisps, chocolate, or even alcohol. If I do decide to have any of those things, I’m satisfied with a much smaller amount because they just don’t have the same appeal as they used to.

Overall, it’s been great for my mental health too. I feel better in myself, more in control of my choices, and I’m losing weight at the same time.

When used properly, alongside the right foods, exercise, and dosage, the results can be incredible.
