Hiya Lovelies!! i want to make everyone aware that all deposits are non refundable

Any Changes or cancellations needed must give 24 hours notice so i can change the date for yourselves and give someone else the chance to have the appointment and so then im also not waiting around.

i understand things can happen and it may be out of your control to not beable to attend to that appointment which if told a valid reason why then i have to obviously accommodate to that.

No shows without valid reason could result in not being able to book in again. this goes for any treatment lashes, makeup and hair etc

as many will say wouldn't just walk into a shop and ask them to switch dates etc around at the very last minute so its no different for any small business to have to do it wether thats family,friends, new customers and regulars.
this is peoples way of earning and could be someones only form of income.

just pleaseeeeee give notice if anything happens or there is any changes needed
