A closely contested game this morning between two sides who knew the meaning of hard work. The Roma boys settled into the game well and with relentless pressure we managed to open the scoring with a fine finish from Louey with a great assist from Rory. The game was very even and the Roma boys missed a few chances to extend their lead. AJX grew into the game at the end of the first half and managed to grab an equalizer just before half time. At half time we told the boys to keep at it and put them under pressure. AJX grabbed an early goal and then scored again. The Roma boys were still working hard when AJX grabbed another to put the game to bed. Louey battled well setting up Fin for a cool finish late in the second half.

A close game but we win some and lose some. As a team. Well done boys. Keep at it. 👍🏼🏐.
