Hello, I am Marta and as well as massage therapy (£40 for 45 mins and £50 for 60 min with discounts for regular clients) I offer gigong / chi kung classes. Here are some photos from teaching a class in Dalyan in Turkey.

Wonderful memories of the intensive qigong / chi kung instructor training course I attended in 2017 - held in Northern Portugal and led by Taoists Kris North Deva and Anamarta. We did at least six hours of gigong routines a day. The easy bit was the warm up and self chi massage. The 8 brocades involves a fair bit of squatting though. Came home with a new bottom! Don’t worry though - is easy enough for anyone with good mobility to do the routine.
