We are so proud to announce that Tanya has officially been promoted to Assistant Manager at Earth & Rose! 💚🌿

This promotion couldn’t be more deserved. Tanya has shown dedication, commitment and genuine love for our salon, our team, and every single client who walks through our doors. She consistently goes above and beyond, not because she has to, but because she truly cares.

Watching Tanya grow, both professionally and personally, has been such a privilege. This promotion reflects the hard work she’s put in, the trust she’s earned and the positive impact she has on everyone around her. She is our first ever manager role in 10 years!

Many of you already know and love Tanya as our incredible Curly Hair Specialist, helping clients embrace and celebrate their natural curls with her knowledge, patience, and passion. Now, alongside continuing to work her magic behind the chair, she’ll also be stepping into the role of Assistant Manager, helping to support and grow our team, nurture our salon culture and continue making Earth & Rose the welcoming, caring space we’ve all worked so hard to create.

Sorry to my clients… I’m being selfish again… 😅

Some of you may have noticed I’ve been a little more scattier than usual, and there’s a very good reason…Our family is so happy to share that we’re expecting another little addition, due in December 2026!✨

Over the next couple of months, as a team we’ll be making plans and getting everything organised for my maternity leave. As soon as we’ve got everything in place, I’ll share all the information you need so you know exactly what to expect, but as always I’ll be leaving you (for just a while) with a fantastic team! For now, we’re just enjoying this special time, processing our exciting news as a family, and soaking it all in.

I also wanted to be open with you all and let you know that I’m experiencing a few health challenges during this pregnancy. Because of that, appointments may be taking a little longer than usual, and you’ll notice my working hours changing slightly as I prioritise both my health and baby’s.

Thank you, as always, for your patience, kindness and understanding. It means more than you know. I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful clients who have supported me through so many chapters of life, and I’m so excited to share this one with you too.

🟢 Our meditation circles have been so wonderful to run for the last 18 months so we’ve created another programme of sessions for the next 5months, each one created to give you space to pause, reconnect and explore something a little different each month whilst looking after your mind, body & soul.

Spaces are limited and each circle has a different focus, so you can choose what you’re drawn to most or come along regularly and journey through them all with us.

🌱✨ We also have Deborah continuing to offer group hypnotherapy sessions once a month. These group sessions are designed to help you slow down, quieten the mind and give your nervous system a chance to rest. Through guided hypnotherapy, you’ll be supported to release tension, improve self-regulation and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling to switch off or simply want an hour dedicated to your wellbeing, these sessions offer a safe and supportive space to relax and reset.
