🟢 Our meditation circles have been so wonderful to run for the last 18 months so we’ve created another programme of sessions for the next 5months, each one created to give you space to pause, reconnect and explore something a little different each month whilst looking after your mind, body & soul.

Spaces are limited and each circle has a different focus, so you can choose what you’re drawn to most or come along regularly and journey through them all with us.

🌱✨ We also have Deborah continuing to offer group hypnotherapy sessions once a month. These group sessions are designed to help you slow down, quieten the mind and give your nervous system a chance to rest. Through guided hypnotherapy, you’ll be supported to release tension, improve self-regulation and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling to switch off or simply want an hour dedicated to your wellbeing, these sessions offer a safe and supportive space to relax and reset.

Tonight’s meditation focused on emotional healing through the chakras ✨ Together, we explored the emotions each energy centre can hold when out of balance - from fear and self-doubt to grief, overwhelm, and disconnection - whilst also gently inviting in grounding, trust, love, clarity, and peace.

Rather than trying to “remove” difficult emotions, tonight was about creating balance with them. Honouring every feeling as part of being human, whilst choosing the emotions we wish to live in more fully.

A reminder that healing isn’t about becoming only ‘desirable emotions’… it’s about learning to hold yourself with compassion through all emotions.
