As much as I'd love to say one facial will completely transform your skin overnight, that's rarely how healthy skin works. Real, lasting results come from consistency.

2. Following every new skincare trend!

Not every viral trend is right for your skin. Just because a product or treatment works for someone else doesn't mean it's what your skin needs. Healthy skin isn't about copying social media—it's about understanding your own skin and treating it accordingly.

3. Skipping the basics!

You don't need a cupboard full of expensive products to achieve healthy skin. Remember, skincare is personal. That's why every treatment in my clinic is tailored to your skin, your concerns and your goals—not what's currently trending online.

Everyone talks about how amazing skin boosters are, but not many people explain why some people see better results than others.

Skin boosters work by delivering deep hydration into the skin while stimulating collagen production, helping to improve skin quality, elasticity and overall radiance from within.

One treatment is a great starting point, but it's important to understand that skin rejuvenation is a journey, not an overnight transformation. That's why I recommend a course of 3–4 treatments for the best results, in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.

Consistency is key. Just like going to the gym or following a skincare routine, your skin needs time and repeated stimulation to repair, regenerate and produce long-lasting improvements.

The goal isn't to promise unrealistic results—it's to achieve healthy, glowing skin safely and effectively with the right treatment plan.

As I mentioned in a previous post, my clinic availability throughout August and September will be more limited than usual.

My priority over the school holidays is spending quality time with my boys. They’re only little once, and I want to make the most of every moment with them because time really is precious.

If you're due a treatment, I’d highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. If you can't find a date or time that works for you, please send me a message and I'll always do my best to help. However, I can't guarantee appointments outside of my scheduled clinic hours.
