It’s Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month! Get to know the key signs and symptoms to look out for:

- Increased abdominal size and persistent bloating (not bloating that comes and goes)
- Persistent pelvic and abdominal pain
- Difficulty eating and feeling full quickly, or feeling nauseous
- Unexplained change in bowel habits
- Urinating (weeing) more frequently

The symptoms of ovarian cancer are often misdiagnosed as IBS or constipation. If you have seen/spoken to your GP three times about persistent bloating, and it hasn't gone away, ask for a referral to a gynaecologist. It is probably something less serious than cancer but always worth getting checked, just in case.

A new chapter for Saks Heston!
We’re moving to Saks Hair Hampton on 16th March.
After many wonderful years in the David Lloyd Club, Saks Heston will soon bid a final farewell, closing our doors for the last time on 15th March 2026.
The good news, We’re pleased to still be offering expert hairdressing to all our customers at our nearby Saks Hair Hampton salon, where Zoe and Narinder will continue to work alongside the Hampton team.
